1. Services
We provide digital invitation design and hosting services. Upon payment, our team will create a custom digital invitation based on the brief you provide.
2. Payment
Payment takes place with Pok Pay or Stripe, according to the available provider you select. Prices are listed in EUR. Invitation creation begins after payment is verified. If a payment remains pending, contact info@ftese.al before trying again.
3. Delivery
After payment, our team will begin working on your invitation. You will receive a unique shareable link once the invitation is published.
4. Content
You are responsible for providing accurate event information. We reserve the right to refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.
5. Invitation Lifecycle
Invitations remain active until the host-set expiration date, or automatically about 14 days after the event date. After expiration, the invitation link shows that the event has passed.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
